FEICA, the European Association of the Adhesive and Sealant Industry, has launched a key strategic tool: the “FEICA Message House,” with the aim of highlighting the sector’s contribution to the European Union’s sustainability, competitiveness, and technological development goals.

Why is this initiative important?

The “FEICA Message House” explains the strategic value of this industry to external audiences based on three fundamental pillars:

1. Accelerating the circular economy

Adhesives and sealants are essential for more sustainable product design. They enhance material performance, extend product lifespans, and optimize processes, thereby contributing to the advancement of the circular economy.

2. Driving innovation

Technological development in key sectors—such as construction, transport, packaging, and electronics—largely depends on advanced adhesive solutions. This helps reduce Europe’s dependence on external raw materials and technologies, strengthening its strategic autonomy.
